Transforming Dementia Care
Day by Day 

We have created an education program catered towards dementia-care teams outlining the most  therapeutic ways to interact  with dementia patients.

With seven years of experience working with lead practitioners in the field, we have created a music therapy program that combines three different therapeutic techniques.

We document the life-stories of those with dementia to ensure that we will remember the lives of these amazing men and women. For as long as they may forget, we know that we will always remember them.
